All orders made are important to us and are processed Monday – Friday.   Femme Body is a small growing business and we will do our best to get our items out to our customers as soon as possible, shipping takes place 24-48hours from receiving payment excluding weekends and public holidays. If we are unable to place your order due to stock availability we will contact you via email.

Shipping in Australia

For all domestic orders Femme Body charges a flat rate of $12.00 and will be applied at the shopping cart through the checkout process. Femme body uses Australia Post providing express post – a tracking code will be given and you will be able to track your order online.  All orders approximately take 1 -3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping Internationally

For all International orders Femme Body uses Australia Post Pack and Track International. Australia Post Pack and Track International calculate postage automatically relevant to which country you are from.

This option is applied at the shopping cart through the checkout process; you will also receive a unique code that tracks your parcel along its journey from us once we have shipped your item (s).

The charges applied does not include import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the country that the item is being shipped to. Once we have posted your package a unique tracking code will be emailed to you, which will allow you to track your order online.

Please note that Femme Body will not accept any orders back that have been rejected by customers due to import liability charges. Femme Body will not be responsible for duties, taxes or delays that may occur in the destination country. Please be aware that in some cases packages can be delayed due to matters outside our control. It is important that you check your local customs office on what costs you may be liable for when receiving garments.

Shipping time will vary depending on destination and customs however the approximate delivery time frame with Australia Post International is within 5 – 15 business days once the order has been shipped.


Please note that if no one is available to receive your parcel a delivery card will be left and you will then need to collect the parcel from your local Post Office.
