Organic Maple Fudge Bars

Organic Maple Fudge Bars { Vegan / Sugar-Free / Gluten- Free } By Bare + Boho

Ingredients:

Fudge: (Double Portions For Extra Fudge!)

1/2 Cup Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

1/2 Cup Nut/Seed Butter (Tahini/Peanut/Almond/Macadamia/Sunflower)

1 Tsp Vanilla

1/4 Tsp Celtic Sea Salt

Base: (Optional)

1 Cup Nut Meal (Macadamia/Almond/Hazelnut)

1/4 Cup Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

Pinch Celtic Sea Salt

METHOD:

Preheat Oven To 180 Degrees. Combine All Base Ingredients In Food Processor/Blender And Blitz Until A Dough Is Formed. Remove And Press Firmly Into The Base Of An Oiled Baking Pan. Bake For 10-12 Minutes Until Lightly Golden.

While Baking, In Bowl Combine All Base Ingredients. You May Need To Melt The Coconut Oil If It Is In A Solid State. Once All Mixed, Pour Over The Base And Chill In Freezer Until Set.
