‘Berrylicious Breakfast’

A simple go-to smoothie recipe that’s jam packed with antioxidants like anthocyanin which fights inflammation in the body. Enjoy this with protein powder for quick brekky or post workout fuel for replenishing your energy and restoring lean muscle tissue.


¾ – 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk 

1 scoop protein powder (I used pea protein)        

5-6 mint leaves

1 cup berries (I used raspberries & blueberries


Blend in a high speed blender. Top with a seed or nut mix (here I used ‘GoodMix’) is optional for a jazzed up feel.
