How do I contact you if I have any queries?

The best way to contact us is via email – please send any queries to info@femmebody.com.au and we will respond to your email as a matter of urgency.

 

How do I know if it is safe to provide my credit card details and purchase online?

It is safe and secure when purchasing an item online and providing your personal details at Femme Body. Femme Body does not collect your credit card details nor do we share any personal information.
Payment is processed via Paypal’s top-tier 128-bit security encryption, the highest level of shopping security commercially available. Your credit card information is not stored in any database and will only be sent securely and temporarily to Paypal to process your order. Paypal’s state of the art anti-fraud model prevents fraudulent transactions and protects your privacy to the highest degree.

 

How are payments to be made and what payment methods does Femme Body accept

We accept online payments through the checkout service (VISA, MASTERCARD) or through PAYPAL – we do not accept direct deposit or cheques.

 

When placing an order do I need an account?

No. When placing an order you have the option to check out as a guest or create an account with us. If you choose to create an account with us the advantage is that next time you place an order it will save you time, as your billing and shipping address will be present automatically and you will be able to view the history of your orders.

 

What are the costs of duties that I have to pay?

You do not need to pay any taxes or duty for all purchases made within Australia – all prices include GST. Femme Body will not be held responsible for any taxes or duties imposed on items purchased outside of Australia.

 

If I have already made an order can I change it?

If you have already purchased an item with Femme Body and would like to change it please immediately via email at info@femmebody.com.au We will do our best to meet the needs of our customers however on some occasions we may be unable to change your order due to stock availability. Orders will be processed as usual if you do not contact us immediately. We cannot change the order once it has been posted.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, All orders shipped within Australia can be tracked using the Australia post  online system at http://austpost.com.au/track/ . A tracking number will be provided to you once your item has been shipped and you will then be able to track the item online.

 

How do I cancel my order?

When you place an order and have received the order confirmation, it cannot be cancelled. You may exchange or return the ordered item. Please contact us immediately via email info@femmebody.com.au
