1 cup of coconut water or milk of choice
½ frozen banana
½ mango check or ½ cup frozen mango
1 handful of spinach leaves
1 tsp coconut flakes
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Whiz together in a high-speed blender. Enjoy!
