Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction and service is a vital component to Femme Body. We understand that it may be difficult to choose the correct size and style when purchasing items online, however please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds just because you have simply changed your mind.

Please follow Femme Body’s policy and read the below terms carefully:

  • the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase (domestic orders)
  • the item must be returned within 21 days of purchase (international orders)
  • you must have the original invoice/proof of purchase
  • the item must be in it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed and tags attached

If you would like to exchange an item please email us first at info@femmebody.com.au with your request so we can confirm if you are able to do so and we will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

 

Faulty Items

All our items at Femme Body are assessed prior to sending to our customers to ensure our customers receive a high level of quality in their purchase. If there happens to be a manufacturing fault, Femme Body will be happy to repair, replace or exchange the item. Please note that all items are subject to being examined and Femme Body reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty.

In some cases, Femme Body cannot guarantee that you will receive the same item you have purchased due to stock availability. If this is the case, you will have the option to receive a credit note or choose a replacement item once we have deemed that the faulty item meets our returns policy.

Please note that Femme Body does not cover return postage costs so if returning an item please ensure that that the parcel is prepaid and insured in case of the unlikely event of loss or damage.

Please be aware that all items are subject to being assessed and if the returned item does not meet the Femme Body policy and not in the required condition then the item will be returned to the customer. Femme Body reserves the right to return and reject items to the customer if they do not meet the policy.

Return Instructions Checklist:
• Contact: info@femembody.com.au and we will advise you about the return of the item and provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number
• Complete the Returns Form
• Ensure the original invoice is also sent with the item
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers
• Arrange return shipping and insurance
• Post your item back in it’s original condition and/or in accordance with our policy
• Upon receipt, we will exchange, repair, refund or credit the item and notify you via email

Please write your Return Authoristation (RA) number on the package. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days to assess and return items and we will notify you by email once we have processed your refund/repair/exchange.
