Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart // Organic. Raw. Vegan

RECIPE

Cookie Dough Base:

1 Cup Organic Unbleached Plain Flour (Almond Flour For GF Version)

1/2 Cup Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

Dash Of Organic Vanilla

Middle:

1 Cup Organic Peanut Butter (Or Almond, Macadamia, Sunflower Seed Butter)

Chocolate Ganache:

1 Cup Organic Raw Cacao

1/2 Cup Organic Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup

Dash Of Organic Vanilla

Method:

Preheat Oven To 180 Degrees Celcius. Combine All Ingredients For The Base Layer And Press Into Oiled Baking Pan. Bake 12-15 Minutes Until Golden Brown.

Once Removed, Evenly Lather Peanut Butter Over The Base, And Place In Freezer To Chill For 15-20 Minutes Until Peanut Butter Has Firmed.

Ganache: Combine All Ingredients And Lather Over Chilled Peanut Butter Layer.

Devour Straight Away, OR Chill In Fridge To Harden The Ganache.
