‘Cinnamon & Banana Squeeze’

Say whatttt!!!! Lemon???? Oh my girlfriend you’re in for a delight this morning. This smoothie sums up the perfect “I’m not sure what I want for breakfast but it needs to feel good” kinda morning.

Ingredients

1 cup milk of choice

2 Tb protein powder       

8-10 walnuts

1/3 lemon, squeezed

1/2- 1 frozen banana

1 tsp maple syrup

2 drops vanilla essence

1tsp cinnamon

1/2tsp nutmeg

Method

Whiz together in a high speed blender. Enjoy!
